Happy 1st Birthday Bertha!

Today, our Bertha turns 1. One year ago today Lola gave birth to 5 puppies...3 girls and 2 boys. She did so well, and we were so proud of her. When we first got Lola we didn't know she was pregnant, until she got sick and I thought she might be dying or something. Talk about a shocker!

4 of the 5 puppies were adopted and went to very loving homes. Obviously we kept Bertha, she was the biggest one of the litter. She is very loving towards us but is SO scared of strangers. She barks from a distance if she doesn't know you and she won't go anywhere near you. She'll eat ANYTHING she can get her little teeth on...even some of Crystina's toys. She is such a beautiful dog and we just love her to pieces!

It's funny to see her changes. She has definitely changed alot. Happy Birthday to her sisters, Princess & Cupcake and her brothers.

Crystina's birthday party...

Crystina turned 2 on Sunday...and we celebrated with lots of family and friends! We held it at Blanchard Park and had such an awesome time...we also had very good weather.

Tinkerbell even made a special appearance and she did so much with all the kids...and some "big" kids too. ; ) She face painted, played games, sang some nursery rhymes and even did some balloon animals. She did such a wonderful job! Oh, and the Easter bunny stopped by for a few minutes to say "Hello." That was FUNNY!!

Overall, I think Crystina and ALL the kids really enjoyed her party...I know we did. And we had such a great turnout! I want to THANK everyone that was there...THANK YOU!!!
