Since Ethan & Crystina's birthday are exactly one month apart...we decided to combine both birthday's into one. We had such an awesome time!

Final Shuttle Launch

The final shuttle launch was today...Atlantis blasted off into space a few minutes later than expected. But what a view...

I have seen the shuttle "blast off" so many times.......I remember, like it was yesterday, where I was when the Challenger exploded. And I also remember Columbia...my dad called me to tell me that the shuttle had "disappeared." It's part of my childhood...it's part of history...and I had to take my children to go see the "last one." I don't think they'll remember it but I have the pictures. : )

It was bittersweet watching the last shuttle go up...but oh so amazing! And then a few minutes after blast off, you hear the rumble! That is the most impressive part...I love it!!
