Yayyyy for Katherine Heigl!!

I just read on Yahoo that Katherine Heigl (actress from Grey's Anatomy) and her husband are in the process of adopting a Special Needs baby girl from Korea!! I'm so happy for them. So exciting that she has a place in her heart for the many orphans in the world...especially the ones that have "Special Needs." There are SO many out there.

"Special Needs" can be so broad...it can be as little as a birthmark to the very severe, like a heart condition. You just don't know what GOD has in store for you.

Katherine Heigl is making the announcement on tomorrow's Ellen DeGeneres show. I'll be watching...

Weird, sad day...

If you've been watching any t.v. today, then you already know the weird, sad news from Hollywood.

First, early this afternoon, Farrah Fawcett lost her life to cancer. She is now with the "Angels" and no longer suffering or hurting. Rest in Peace!

And then later in the afternoon...the very unexpected news of Michael Jackson. The man that made music what it is now. The singer that us "kids" grew up with. He introduced us to the "moonwalk" and so many other different (cool) moves. Even though his personal life was a bit odd and complicated...his music was something else. There will never be another singer/performer like Michael Jackson. I know his music will live on for years and years... Michael, thank you for the awesome music!! Rest in Peace!

Blog face lift...

Hello...yes, you have the correct blog! We just changed the background, we needed it to be more unisex, not all pink. ; (

I'm not big on what I picked but with small pickings, I don't have much of a choice. The website address will NOT change just the appearance of the blog. It might be changing again...but we'll see.

Well, I hope to post updated pictures of Crystina soon. And if you are wondering...YES, I am showing. My mom has been wondering where I hid this belly for so many months. Who knows?!??? I guess once we were told we were pregnant, the baby decided not to hide anymore. ; )
